The article enlarges the traditional Sphere of Comparative Law saying that Comparative State Studying and Comparative Political Science with Comparative Law make a cluster of comparative disciplines important for Jurisprudence. This cluster of disciplines may be used for the realization of Comparative Legal Policy which is to define the possibility of reception or non-reception of foreign law.
